Karyn was an integral part of the team at Coldwell Banker that just sold my Newton house, at a price quite beyond my greatest wish. Karyn's boundless energy to coordinate and advise with contractors kept me motivated to keep the process moving. She was always there to help, advise, coordinate with contractors as we fixed an old, worn house with over forty years of family life, into a new home for a new owner in move-in condition.
